Jury Selection
Imaging Presentation Partners’ Consultants combine findings from Focus Group studies with their extensive in-court experience to assist lawyers in the jury selection process. In consultation with the attorney, the consultant will assess what measures would be beneficial to the selection process. Among the many tools available to aid the jury selection process, the consultant may create a juror questionnaire, conduct jury research and develop voir dire questions prior to jury selection, as well as assist the Trial Team during the jury selection process.
